    Approvals, notifications & project closure.

    • · One Approvals inbox across finance, benefit baselines, project start, conversions, SOP and access — with Pending and Decided views, and a reason captured on any decline.
    • · Approvers alerted in-app and by email with a direct link; notifications take you straight to the item — idea, project, coaching note, assessment or approval.
    • · Project closure now runs end to end: sign-off, finance verification, a benefits 'Realising' stage, and Close — manual, or automatic once the realisation window passes.
    • · Ideas and Projects share Grid, List and Board views; uploads confirm each file with a duplicate guard.

    • · Cost-centre reporting across Ideas, Executive HUD and Team HUD, with a Top Cost Centres view.
    • · Simpler idea submission — your area is filled in from your cost centre — plus the ability to amend a submitted idea.
    • · Lightweight project approval at creation, and streamlined finance approval with a status pill on each benefit.
    • · Benefits now support non-currency units (e.g. kg/t) and reduction targets.

    • · Skills earned from courses now show on your profile and achievements.
    • · Dashboards lead with role-specific guidance drawn from your organisation's mission.
    • · Leadership analytics are now interactive — pick a range and comparison, with a "what changed" summary. (Includes the v1.2.0 Team HUD overhaul and v1.3.1 community-navigation polish.)
