OpX runs lean by design: a small full-time core, and a network of senior associates we bring in as the work demands. We recruit carefully for both — depth over headcount, always. Why we hire this way.
Early-stage companies hire too fast and regret it. We grow on a lean core plus senior associate capacity, and we open a permanent seat only when the work is durable enough to deserve one. It keeps the bar high — every addition, full-time or associate, is deliberate. When a role does open, the people in our talent network hear first.
